Paleo in a Nutshell:





Being Paleo has never been so delicious! Of all the Paleo-friendly cookbooks that I have perused through (via a bookstore or online) this is the one I currently like the most. You can borrow it if you want. You can't keep it though, punk.
The Primal Cookbook:




Eating Paleo and doing much will still provide for a nicer feeling and healthier looking you. However, if you were to couple sound nutrition with awesome workouts, you stand to maximize your fitness potential. And by "fitness", I don't meet Dance Dance Revolution on your Wii Fit or going for a brisk 20 minute walk.

For those of you with iPods, Robb Wolf has a podcast that is very informative and may help answer some questions for you. I sometimes listen to it during my commutes. For those of you without iPods, I don't think that they make these for your walkman with the handstrap.
